This is an educational behind-the-scenes look at Caprio Cellars' world-class wines and how they develop the perfect food and wine pairings. This is a four-course experience guided by Caprio's in-house wine educator and their chef. It is offered Thursday, Friday & Saturday at 2:00pm, for parties from 2 to 8 people, and costs $100 per person.
